摘要
[目的]观察糖肾方联合胰岛素泵干预糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]将60例辨证属于"气阴两虚、湿瘀阻络"的糖尿病肾病患者,按照随机原则分为治疗组、对照组,对比观察两组患者治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿蛋白定量、血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、血肌酐(SCr)、血肌酐清除率(CCr)等指标,疗程4周。[结果]治疗组较对照组在治疗后,患者HbA1c、尿蛋白定量、Cystatin C、TG、SCr、CCr均有明显改善(P【0.01)。[结论]糖肾方联合胰岛素泵干预糖尿病肾病可改善患者血糖代谢及脂质代谢紊乱,减少患者的尿蛋白排出,显著延缓糖尿病肾病患者肾衰竭进展。
[Objective]To observe the influences of Tangshen prescription combined insulin pump on treaing the 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy.[Methods]The cases with deficiency of both qi and yin and dampheat blood stasisv obstructor channels and collaterals were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The clinical therapeutic effect and the change of HbA1c,U-PRO,Cystatin C,TG,SCr,CCr were observed.[Results]The changes of HbA1c,U-PRO,Cystatin C,TG,SCr,CCr of two groups are different and the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Tangshen prescription combined insulin pump on treaing diabetic nephropathy is one kind of effective medicine.It can ameliorate glycometabolism and lipid disorders,decreased the discharge of the proteinuria,postpone the proceeding of renal failure remarkably.
