柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗反流性食管炎临床观察

Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Reflux Esophagitis Dalitong Granule Combined with Western Medicine :a Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis Clinical Research

[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。[方法]将64例反流性食管炎患者,按随机数字表法,分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(30例)。两组患者均嘱抬高枕头,避免高脂肪食物,睡前3h不再进食,戒烟酒,减少摄入可以降低食管下段括约肌压力的食物,如巧克力、咖啡、浓茶等,并保持心情舒畅。对照组口服奥美拉唑、莫沙必利治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。观测两组疗效和不良反应、复发率。两组均治疗4周随访6个月判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为91.20%,对照组总有效率80.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P【0.05)。对照组有1例出现短期腹胀感,未予特殊处理后自行缓解;治疗组未见明显不良反应。对照组复发率16.70%(5/30),治疗组复发率5.90%(2/34),治疗组低于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应,复发率低。

[Objective]Observation of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with western medicine in treating reflux esophagitis clinical curative effect.[Methods]64 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis,randomly,divided into the treatment group(34 cases)and control group(30 cases).Two groups of patients were prescribed elevation pillow,avoid high fat food,before the 3H no longer eat,quit alcohol,reduced intake can reduce the lower esophageal sphincter pressure in food,such as chocolate,coffee,tea and so on,and keep a good mood.The control group was treated with omeprazole,mosapride in the treatment,the treatment group was given based on treated by chaihu.Observation of two groups of efficacy and adverse reaction,recurrence rate.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks with a follow-up of 6 months to determine efficacy.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.20%,the total effective rate in control group 80%,the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).The control group 1 cases appeared short-term distension feeling,no special treatment to relieve itself;the treatment group showed no obvious adverse reaction.The control group the recurrence rate was 16.70%(5/30),the recurrent rate in the treatment group and 5.90%(2/34),the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion ]Chaihu Shugan powder combined with western medicine in treatment of reflux esophagitis with notable curative effect,no adverse reaction,low recurrence rate.
