中药热奄包配合TDP治疗肠易激综合征腹部症状

Chinese Medicines Hot Suddenly Package with TDP For Irritable Bowel Syndrome Clinical Observation of the Efficacy of Abdominal Symptoms

[目的]探讨中药热奄包配合TDP对肠易激综合征腹部症状的临床疗效。[方法]将83例肠易激综合征患者分为两组,观察组43例接受TDP理疗仪照射治疗及中药热奄包外敷治疗,对照组4例口服匹维溴铵治疗。均4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]观察组总有效率为90.70%,对照组总有效率为82.50%。观察组疗效优于对照组。[结论]中药热奄包配合TDP治疗肠易激综合征患者疗效确切,值得推广。

[Objective]Investigate Chinese traditional medicine foment bag with TDP on irritable bowel syndrome clinical curative effect of abdominal symptoms.[Methods]83 cases of irritable bowel syndrome patients were divided into two groups,the observation group 43 cases received TDP physiotherapy instrument irradiation therapy and Chinese traditional medicine foment bag topical treatment,the control group oral pinaverium bromide in the treatment of.All 4 weeks for 1 courses,1 courses of treatment for therapeutic efficacy.[Results]Observation group total effective rate was 90.70%,total effective rate in control group was 82.50%.The therapeutical effect of observation group was better than the control group.[Conclusion ]Chinese traditional medicine foment bag with TDP treatment in patients with irritable bowel syndrome curative effect,is worth popularizing.
