半夏泻心汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎临床观察

Analyse the Effect of Ban Xia Xie Xin Decoction on Chronic Gastritis

[目的]探讨半夏泻心汤加减对脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的临床治疗效果和用药安全性。[方法]将本院2009年1月至2011年12月80例脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者,采用随机数字表法分成两组,对照组40例使用内科常规西药治疗,4周为1个疗程;观察组40例使用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,以20d为1个疗程。所有病例治疗1个疗程判定疗效。[结果]对照组显效14例,有效11例,无效15例,总有效率为62.50%;观察组显效25例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为87.50%。观察组疗效明显优于对照组。[结论]夏泻心汤加减对脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎有理想疗效,临床上建议进一步推广运用。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of ban xia xie xin decoction on chronic gastritis.[Methods] Will our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011,80 cases of the spleen in patients with chronic gastritis,were randomly divided into two groups,conventional western medicine treatment control group of 40 patients using the medicine,four weeks for a course of treatment;Observer Group of 40 cases PinelliaXiexin decoction for treatment of 20d as a course of treatment.All patients a course of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results] The control group,14 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 15 cases,total effective rate was 62.50%;Observer Group of 25 cases markedly effective in 10 cases,5 cases,total effective rate of 87.50%.The observation group were significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion]It is valuable about ban xia xie xin decoction on chronic gastritis,the advantage of definite effect,and rapid recovery.Suggest further promotion in clinical.
