对术后恶心呕吐患者应用穴位刺激与心理护理

Psychological Care and Acupoint Stimulation in Treatment of Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting

[目的]对80例术后恶心呕吐患者进行心理护理和穴位刺激,对比80例患者采用常规护理,以比较其术后恶心呕吐的发生率。[方法]选取2010年1月至2011年1月来我院行腹部手术的患者160例作为本次研究对象,根据患者的入院顺序随机将患者分为护理组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规护理,护理组患者在常规护理的基础上加用穴位刺激与心理护理手段,参考彭秀晴等的疗效评判标准进行评价。[结果]护理组的有效率为92.50%,对照组的有效率为72.50%。[结论]穴位刺激与心理护理值得在临床上推广使用。

[Objective]80 cases of postoperative patients with psychological nursing and acupoint stimulation,contrast 80 patients by routine care,to compare the occurrence of postoperative nausea and vomiting.[Methods]160 patients with abdominal operation were selected in our hospital who was operated from January(2010)to January(2011).According to the order of patients,they were divided into nursing group and control group,control group were given conventional nursing,and nursing group were given conventional nursing,acupoint stimulation and psychological nursing.According to Peng Xiuqing's standard judgment.[Results]The effective rate were 92.50% in nursing group,and the control group were 72.50%.[Conclusion] Acupoint stimulation and psychological care is worthy to popularize the method in clinical.
