风湿病的中医特色护理探析

[目的]探讨中医特色护理在风湿病患者中的应用。[方法]将106例风湿病患者,随机分为中医特色护理的观察组及西医常规护理的对照组,疗程结束后观察疗效及生活质量评定。[结果]观察组有效率为94.83%,对照组82.76%,两组比较,观察组优于对照组,差异具统计学意义。观察组的生活质量指标PF、RP、RE得分均高于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义。[结论]包括情志护理及中药熏蒸护理在内的中医特色护理,不仅可有效提高风湿病患者的临床疗效,而且对于生活质量的改善大有裨益。

[Objective]To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in rheumatology patients.[Methods]106 cases of patients with rheumatism were divided into the observation group and the control group,after the end of treatment to observe the curative effect and life quality evaluation.[Results] The observation group for 94.83%,control group 82.76%,the observation group than in the control group.The observation group quality of life indicators PF,RP,RE scores were higher than control group.[Conclusion] TCM nursing not only can improve the clinical curative effect in patients with rheumatic disease,but also for the great advantage in improvement of quality of life.
