益气活血祛湿膏对糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡创面愈合的影响

Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Qushi Ointment on Diabetic Rat Skin Ulcer wound Healing

[目的]研究益气活血祛湿膏对实验性糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡模型创面愈合率及病理组织学的影响。[方法]链脲佐菌素腹腔注射造成大鼠糖尿病模型,于背部切除1cm×1cm全层皮肤损伤造成皮肤溃疡模型,随机分为模型组、模型基质组、给药组。敷药2次/d,连续7d,用图象分析软件计算创面愈合率,羟脯氨酸试剂盒测定创面肉芽组织中羟脯氨酸含量,创面皮肤HE染色光镜观察病理变化。[结果]给药组创面愈合率、创面肉芽组织Hyp含量均优于模型组、模型基质组。给药组肉芽组织生长旺盛,成纤维细胞、毛细血管丰富,炎症细胞较少。[结论]益气活血祛湿膏具有促进大鼠糖尿病皮肤溃疡创面愈合的作用,其基质和中药组分对大鼠糖尿病皮肤溃疡创面的愈合均有一定的促进作用。

[Objective]Study of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation Qushi cream on experimental diabetic skin ulcer in rats model of wound healing rate and the histopathological effect.[Methods] Streptozotocin diabetic model of rats by intraperitoneal injection of 1cm ×1cm,on the back of excised fullthickness skin damage caused by dermal ulcer model,were randomly divided into model group,model group,medication group matrix.Apply 2 times /d,successive 7d,using image analysis software to calculate the wound healing rate,hydroxyproline kit for determination of hydroxyproline in the granulation tissue of the wound,wound skin HE staining in light microscopy observation of the pathological changes.[Results]The drug groups,the wound healing rate of wound granulation tissue Hyp content were better than model group,model of matrix groups.Group exuberant growth of granulation tissue,fibroblasts,rich in capillaries,inflammatory cells less.[Conclusion]For supplementing qi and activating blood circulation Qushi paste with the promotion of rat diabetic skin ulcer wound healing,the matrix and components in Chinese traditional medicine on rats with diabetic skin ulcer wound healing have certain stimulative effect.
