自拟参芪培土生金方治疗老年肺部感染32例

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Infection in the Elderly

[目的]观察老年性肺部感染中医辨证治疗的临床效果。[方法]对32例入选患者使用参芪培土生金方(方剂组合为太子参、黄芪、白术、茯苓、桔梗、苏子、厚朴、紫菀、神曲、甘草),1剂/d,随症加减药量,观察期为4周。[结果]患者治疗前后各项主症症状的比较,改善效果显著;治疗前后胸片指标比较分析得出治疗的有效率为78.13%;主要症状指标的疗效分析得出其总有效率为90.62%。[结论]中医辨证治疗老年性肺部感染效果显著,值得临床推广。

[Objective]To investigate senile pulmonary infection clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.[Methods]32 cases of patients using Shenqi and native gold(prescription combination of Pseudostellaria heterophylla,astragalus,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,tuckahoe,Campanulaceae,Suzi,Magnolia,aster,the Divine Comedy,licorice),1 doses of /d modification according to symptoms,dosage,was observed for a period of 4 weeks.[Results]Patients before and after treatment of the primary disease symptoms in comparison,obvious improvement effect;comparative analysis of the treatment of chest index rate was 78.13%;the main symptom index of curative effect analysis that the total efficiency of 90.62%[.Conclusion]The TCM treatment of senile pulmonary infection effect,worthy of clinical application.
