肝疏胃宁汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎回顾性分析

Liver and Stomach Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Retrospective Analysis

[目的]探讨肝疏胃宁汤联合西药治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析我院2009年至2012年收治的130例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床资料,按照患者治疗方式分为治疗组及对照组,两组均行常规西药治疗,治疗组患者加用重要方剂肝疏胃宁汤,比较两组患者的临床总有效率。[结果]治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组。[结论]肝疏胃宁汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,能明显提高临床总有效率,炎症程度及黏膜病变明显减轻,值得在临床推广。

[Objective]Investigate the liver and Stomach Decoction Combined with western medicine for treatment of atrophic gastritis.[Methods]Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 to 2012,130 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis in patients with clinical data,according to the way of treating patients with divided into treatment group and control group,two were treated by conventional western medicine treatment,the patients in the treatment group with important prescription of Ganshu Stomach Decoction,comparing the two groups of patients with the clinical total efficiency.[Results]The patients in the treatment group was better than that in control group.[Conclusion]Liver and Stomach Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,can significantly improve the clinical total effective rate,degree of inflammation and mucous membrane lesions significantly reduced,it is worthy of clinical.
