溃疡性结肠炎中医辩证治疗疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Ulcerative Colitis Chinese Dialectical

[目的]探讨溃疡性结肠炎中医辨证治疗的临床效果。[方法]将84例患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,对照组41例,治疗组患者给予中医辨证治疗,对照组患者则采用常规西医治疗。对两组患者的治疗情况进行跟踪观察,并记录所得数据。[结果]治疗组43例,治愈22例,显效10例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率93.00%;对照组41例,治愈17例,显效8例,有效7例,无效9例,总有效率78.00%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]中医辩证治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,在很大程度上促进了患者病情的改善,值得在临床推广应用。

[Objective]Study of ulcerative colitis treated by traditional Chinese medicine clinical effect.[Methods]84 patients were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in treatment group,41 cases in the control group,the treatment group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,patients in the control group with routine western medicine therapy.The two groups of patients after treatment were observed,and record data.[Results]The treatment group of 43 cases,22 cases were cured,10 cases,effective in 8 cases,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.00%;the control group of 41 cases,17 cases were cured,8 cases,effective in 7 cases,9 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 78.00%.The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to control group.[Conclusion]The dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for ulcerative colitis effect,greatly promoted the improvement of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
