Seven Flavored with Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Autumn Diarrhea Control Observation

[目的]观察七味白术散联合西医治疗秋季腹泻疗效。[方法]选择54例患者按照随机数字表法,分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(50例)。对照组根据其具体病情,给予抗病毒、补液、退热、防止酸碱平衡紊乱和电解质失衡等对症处理及一般支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用七味白术散治疗。连续治疗3天后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床受益率、中医症候评分各项结果均优于对照组。[结论]七味白术散联合西医治疗秋季腹泻效果显著,是一种行之有效的治疗手段。

[Objective]To observe the seven taste with combined western medicine treatment effect of autumn diarrhoea.[Methods]54 patients selected according to a random number table,divided into the treatment group(54 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group according to its specific conditions,given antiviral,rehydration,antipyretic,prevent the disturbance of acid-base balance and electrolyte imbalances and other symptomatic treatment and general supportive treatment,the treatment group was treated with seven kinds of drugs treatment.Continuous treatment the curative effect after 3D.[Results]The treatment group of clinical benefit rate,symptom score the results were better than the control group.[Conclusion]Seven taste with combined western medicine treatment of autumn diarrhoea effect,is a kind of effective means of treatment.
