益气活血醒脑颗粒联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血随机对照临床研究

Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Xingnao Granules Combined Aspirin in Treating Transient Cerebral ischemia : Random Controlclinical Observation

[目的]观察益气活血醒脑颗粒联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将100例患者按随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用益气活血醒脑颗粒(药用桃仁、熟地、川芎、当归等),2袋/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,150 mg/d,口服;对照组使用模拟颗粒,2袋/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,150 mg/d,口服。连续治疗4周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率、中医症候均优于对照组。两组治疗后中医症候积分比治疗前明显下降,两组治疗均能改善中医症候,治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]益气活血醒脑颗粒联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血疗效显著。

[Objective]Observation on effect of Yiqi Huoxue Xingnao granule combined with aspirin in treatment of transient cerebral ischemia effect.[Methods]Using the method of random and comparison,100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group,and control group,50 cases in each group.Treated by Yiqi Huoxue Xingnao granule(medicinal kernel,foxglove,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae sinensis),2 bags per time,3 /d;aspirin,150 /d,oral;control group using simulation of particle,2 bags per time,3 /d;aspirin,150 /d,oral.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for 1 courses,4 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to control group,TCM syndrome.In two groups after the treatment of TCM syndrome integral than before treatment was significantly decreased,the treatment in the two groups were able to improve the Chinese medicine syndrome,the curative effect in treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion]Yiqi Huoxue Xingnao granule combined with aspirin in treatment of transient cerebral ischemia effect.
