活血清胆汤治疗慢性瘀胆型肝炎对照观察

[目的]观察活血清胆汤治疗慢性瘀胆型肝炎疗效。[方法]将90例患者按随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用静脉注射腺苷蛋氨酸,1g/次,1次/d;治疗组活血清胆汤(药用赤芍、垂盆草、薏苡仁、当归、鳖甲、香茶菜、焦栀子、郁金、大黄),1剂/d,分早晚2次服用。观测肝功能改善幅度。连续治疗半个月为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.40%,对照组总有效率75.60%,治疗组总有效率和改善幅度都优于对照组。[结论]活血清胆汤治疗慢性瘀胆型肝炎疗效满意。
