四妙散加减为主辨证联合秋水仙碱治疗湿热壅盛型痛风性关节炎随机对照临床研究

Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Gout Arthritis Clinical Observation

[目的]观察四妙散加减为主辨证联合秋水仙碱治疗湿热壅盛型痛风性关节炎随机对照临床研究疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将我院收治的湿热壅盛型痛风性关节炎患者65例随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例。对照组口服双氯芬酸缓释片+秋水仙碱片;治疗组口服秋水仙碱片+四妙散加减为主辨证施治。均以15d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.94%,对照组的为78.13%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]四妙散加减为主辨证联合秋水仙碱治疗湿热壅盛型痛风性关节炎效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To observe Four Wonderful Decoction main dialectical United colchicine treatment of damp heat dampness type gouty arthritis randomized controlled clinical study efficacy.[Methods]The randomized,controlled,damp heat dampness gouty arthritis in our hospital 65 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 33 cases and a control group of 32 cases.Control group oral sustained-release tablets of diclofenac + colchicine tablets;treatment group oral colchicine tablets + Four Wonderful Decoction mainly syndrome differentiation.Are 15d for a course of treatment,the treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group the total effective rate was 93.94%,78.13% in the control group.The treatment group than the control group(P <0.05)[.Conclusion]Four Wonderful Decoction the main dialectical joint colchicine treatment of damp heat dampness type effect gouty arthritis,is worthy of clinical application.
