补肾健脑法联合现代康复运动训练治疗小儿脑瘫对照观察

Bushen Jiannao Method Combined with Modern Rehabilitation Exercise Training in the Treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy Observation

[目的]观察补肾健脑法联合现代康复运动训练治疗小儿脑瘫疗效。[方法]将40例患儿按随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用传统针刺法和康复训练进行治疗,治疗组采用补肾健脑针法治疗及现代康复运动训练,两组每周均治疗5d,休息2d,3个月为1疗程。在治疗前、治疗1个疗程后分别进行记录综合功能评定积分、日常生活活动能力积分,安全性观察。[结果]治疗组与对照组在治疗前与治疗后比较均有显著差异,治疗组与对照组在治疗前无差异,治疗组与对照组在治疗后相比较有显著差异,治疗组治疗手段优于对照组。根据安全性评价标准发现1、2级达100%,无3、4级出现。[结论]补肾健脑法联合现代康复运动训练治疗小儿脑瘫疗效满意。

[Objective]Observe nourishing kidney and regulating brain combined with rehabilitationtraining method in treating cerebral palsy curative effect.[Methods]Will 40 cases according to the table of random number divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 20 cases.Control group was treated with traditional combined with rehabilitation-training method.Treatment group was treated with nourishing kidney and regulating brain combined with rehabilitation-training method.Two groups were treated for 5 days a week,2 days of rest,3 months for 1 treatment.Before treatment and treating after 1 treatment were recorded the scores of comprehensive function assessment and the scores of activities of daily life(ADL),safety observation.[Results]The treatment group and the control group in the before treatment and after treatment are significantly.The treatment group and the control group in the treatment of former have indifference.The treatment group and the control group after treatment compared to have significant differences.The treatment group is better than control group treatments.According to the safety evaluation standard found 1、2 level 100%,no 3、4 level appear[.Conclusion]The nourishing kidney and regulating brain combined with rehabilitation-training method in treating cerebral palsy results is satisfactory.
