理气祛瘀方治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Qi and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris Clinical Observalion

[目的]探讨理气祛瘀方治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]选取我院2010年1月至12月收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者110例,随机分为两组,分别进行西医常规治疗与联合中医治疗。[结果]治疗组患者心绞痛总有效率、心电图总有效率均显著高于对照组。[结论]在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者治疗中,常规治疗结合理气祛瘀中药治疗,具有良好的临床价值。

[Objective]To investigate the Qi and Blood Stasis clinical value in the treatment of unstable angina.[Methods]110 cases in our hospital from January 2010 to December admitted patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups,respectively routine western medicine with joint Chinese medicine treatment.[Results]The total effective rate of the observation group patients with angina was significantly higher than that in the control group.ECG in patients with total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.[Conclusion]The treatment of unstable angina patients,conventional treatment combination of qi and blood stasis treatment with good clinical value.
