加味益肾固摄汤联合常规疗法治疗早期糖尿病肾病随机对照研究

Effect of Yishen Decoction Combined with Conventional Therapy in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察加味益肾固摄汤联合常规疗法治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]选取我院收治的90例早期糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予糖尿病教育、饮食控制、运动疗法及胰岛素降糖等常规方式治疗;治疗组在对照组常规治疗方式的基础上,给予加味益肾固摄汤(药用黄芪、当归、仙灵脾、丹参、白术等)。治疗2周后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率77.78%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]加味益肾固摄汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效可靠。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Yishen solid oxygen decoction combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.[Methods]Select the hospital treated 90 cases of the patients with early diabetic nephropathy,using a random number table,divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given the diabetes education,diet control,exercise therapy and conventional insulin hypoglycemic therapy;treatment group in the control group treated by conventional methods based on,were treated by Yishen solid oxygen soup(officinal Astragalus,angelica,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,epimedium,etc.).After 2 weeks of treatment the curative effect.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group 93.33%,control group in the total efficiency of 77.78%,the effect of the treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion]With Yishen solid oxygen Decoction in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and reliable.
