中药汤剂配合手术治疗胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫随机对照观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Operation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fracture with Paraplegia a Randomized Controlled Observation

[目的]观察中药汤剂配合手术治疗胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫疗效。[方法]选取我院收治的77例胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫患者,采用随机数字表法,分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(36例)。对所有患者进行常规的基础治疗,对治疗过程进行严密监控,如果患者出现不良反应,临床医生要及时给予患者对症治疗,以有效维持患者的生命体征处于稳定状态。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,口服中药汤剂联合西医手术治疗;对照组仅采用常规的西医手术治疗。治疗1个月,随访2个月,并判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率90.20%,对照组总有效率75.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]采用中西医结合疗法治疗胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫效果较为显著,可改善患者病情,值得在临床推广应用。

[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with operation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture with paraplegia by.[Methods]Select the hospital treated 77 cases of fracture of thoracolumbar spine with paraplegia patients,using a random number table,divided into the treatment group(41 cases)and control group(36 cases).All the patients underwent conventional therapy,the treatment process to closely monitor,if patients with adverse reactions,clinicians should give timely symptomatic treatment of patients,to effectively maintain the vital signs of a patient in stable condition.The treatment group was treated with routine treatment on the basis of decoction of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,operation treatment;control group only with routine operation therapy of Western medicine.For 1 months,follow-up of 2 months,and judge the curative effect.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group 90.20%,control group in the total efficiency of 75%,the effect of the treatment group is superior to control group[.Conclusion]In the thoracic and lumbar vertebral fracture complicated with paraplegia patients engage in the treatment process,with combination of TCM and Western medicine therapy on the treatment of patients with remarkable effect,improve the patient's condition,it is worthy of clinical application.
