冷性荨麻疹是荨麻疹的一种特殊类型,属于中医"瘾疹"范畴,常反复发作,缠绵难愈,西医目前尚无理想疗法,中医也难以奏效或瘥后易复,笔者意在临床实践及文献研究的基础上,探讨辨析该病的病因病机特点,为临床治疗提供理论依据。病在肺其治及于肝;病在风而及于血;病在外及于内。

Cold urticaria urticaria is a special type of traditional Chinese medicine,which belongs to the category of ' addiction rash ',is often recurrent,lingering and difficult to recover,there is no ideal therapy of Western medicine,Chinese medicine is ineffective or sick easily after the complex,the author intends to clinical practice and Literature on the basis of the research,discussion of the disease cause of disease characteristics of the machine,and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Conclusion:the treatment of disease in lung and liver disease in the wind;and in the blood;disease in external and internal.
