活血化瘀化痰散结法治疗乳腺增生61例

Phlegm and Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis Method Treating 61 cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

[目的]观察活血化瘀化痰散结法治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。[方法]对61例患者使用活血化瘀化痰散结法,经验方组成:香附、夏枯草、当归、白芍、法夏、大贝、山慈菇、生牡蛎、莪术、茯苓、桔核、穿山甲,水煮,取汁300mL,1剂/d,饭后分3次服用。一般从月经干净后第2天开始服用直至次月月经来潮时停药为1个疗程,连服3个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]痊愈34例,显效23例,无效4例,总有效率93.40%。[结论]活血化瘀化痰散结法治疗乳腺增生疗效确切。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of treating Hyperplasia of Breast by Houxue Huayu Hutan sanjie.[Methods]61 cases of Hyperplasia of Breast by using the clinical treatment of Houxue Huayu Hutan sanjie.[Results]34 cases were cured,markedly effective of 23 cases invalid of 4,the total effective rate was 93.4%.[Conclusion]Definite effect of treating Hyperplasia of Breast by Houxue Huayu Hutan sanjie.
