中医护理干预对乳腺癌化疗消化道反应的影响

Effect of TCM Nrsing on Gstrointestinal Raction of Beast Crcinoma After Cemotherapy

[目的]探讨中医护理干预对乳腺癌化疗消化道反应的影响。[方法]选取2010年1月至2012年3月我院收治的乳腺癌化疗患者共100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用常规的护理干预,而治疗组患者加用中医护理干预。[结果]中医护理干预后治疗组患者中恶心、呕吐Ⅰ级29例、Ⅱ级12例、Ⅲ级7例、Ⅳ级1例、Ⅴ级1例,而对照组患者中Ⅰ级15例、Ⅱ级19例、Ⅲ级7例、Ⅳ级8例、Ⅴ级1例。说明中医护理后患者的恶心、呕吐情况明显少于对照组。[结论]采用中医护理干预乳腺癌患者化疗所致的消化道反应,能够显著地降低恶心、呕吐情况,从而改善乳腺癌患者化疗后的生存质量。

[Objective]Learn the effect of TCM nursing on gastrointestinal reaction of breast carcinoma after chemotherapy.[Methods]100 patients of breast carcinoma from Jan 2010 to Mar 2012 divided into 2 groups.The experiment group used TCM nursing while the control group used common nursing.[Results]The state of nausea and vomiting of the experiment group was Ⅰ 29 cases,Ⅱ 12 cases,Ⅲ 7 cases,Ⅳ 1 case and Ⅴ 1 case while the control group was Ⅰ 15 cases,Ⅱ 19 cases,Ⅲ 7 cases,Ⅳ 8 cases and V 1 case.The incidence of nausea and vomiting of the experiment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Use TCM nursing treating the gastrointestinal reaction of breast carcinoma after chemotherapy,which can obviously reduce nausea and vomiting and improve the quality of patients’lives.
