小青龙汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎对照观察

Xiaoqinglong Decoction in Treating Chronic Bronchitis Control Observation

[目的]观察小青龙汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎疗效。[方法]将116例患者随机分为治疗组66例,对照组50例。对照组主要使用青霉素类,头孢菌素类,氨基糖苷类及阿奇霉素等抗生素类药物静脉滴注加口服治疗。治疗组使用小青龙汤加减方治疗。疗程均为28d。随访一季度判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.50%,对照组总有效率86.00%,治疗组优于对照组。[结论]小青龙加减方是治疗慢性支气管炎较为理想的方剂,明显优于西医抗生素类药物的治疗效果。

[Objective] To observe the Qinglong Decoction in treating chronic bronchitis.[Methods] 116 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 66 cases,50 cases of control group.The control group is mainly the use of penicillins,cephalosporins,aminoglycosides and azithromycin and other antibiotic drugs for intravenous drip and oral treatment.The treatment group used Xiaoqinglong Decoction treatment.Both groups were treated for 28d.Follow up of 1 quarter to judge the curative effect.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 95.50%,control group in the total efficiency of 86.00%,in treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion] Chinese medicine Xiaoqinglong prescription in treatment of chronic bronchitis of the ideal formula,is superior to western medicine antibiotics treatment effect.
