摘要
功能性胃肠病(functional gastrointestinal disorders,FGIDs)是一组以胃肠功能障碍为主的全身性疾病,FGIDs属于中医脾胃病范畴,中医从整体观出发,结合现代疾病发病特点,辨证论治具有独到见解和良好的临床效果,对功能性胃肠病的中医诊治思路与策略进行探讨。
Functional gastrointestinal disease(functional gastrointestinal disorders,FGIDs) is a gastrointestinal dysfunctions of systemic disease,FGIDs belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine TCM spleen and stomach disease,from the overall view,combined with modern disease characteristics,treatment based on syndrome differentiation has unique insights and good clinical effect,based on functional gastrointestinal disease in TCM thought and strategy of diagnosis and treatment.
