参芪扶正注射液联合奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗胃癌对照观察

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Oxaliplatin,Leucovorin,5-fluorouracil Therapy for Gastric Cancer Case-control Observation

[目的]观察参芪扶正注射液联合奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗胃癌疗效。[方法]将我院2009年2月至2012年4月期间收治的122例胃癌患者随机平均分成两组。对照组61例使用奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+5-氟尿嘧啶治疗,治疗组61例在对照组治疗基础上使用参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及生活质量情况。[结果]治疗组的症状改善率为67.20%,显著高于对照组的24.50%;治疗组的生活质量改善率明显高于对照组。[结论]参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗胃癌具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with oxaliplatin,leucovorin,5-fluorouracil in the treatment of gastric cancer 5-.[Methods] In our hospital from 2009 February to 2012 April treated 122 cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups.61 cases in the control group with oxaliplatin plus leucovorin + 5-5-fluorouracil treatment,the treatment group of 61 cases in the control group based on the treatment of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in the treatment of.Comparison of two group's clinical curative effect and life quality.[Results] The rate of symptom improvement in treatment group was 67.20%,significantly higher than that of control group 24.50%;the improvement of quality of life in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group.[ Conclusion ] Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with chemotherapy in treating gastric cancer has good clinical curative effect,it is worthy of popularization and application.
