中药内服、手术配合西医治疗胆源性胰腺炎对照研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine Treatment,Operation of Biliary Pancreatitis Casecontrol study

[目的]观察中药内服、手术配合西医治疗胆源性胰腺炎疗效。[方法]将2010年6月至2011年6月入院治疗的40例胆源性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组20例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上配合中药内服法进行治疗,并后期行胆囊切除术以及胆道探查术处理胆道病因。[结果]治疗组治疗3d、7d均优于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院天数治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组没有出现并发症,术后也没有复发现象,而对照组有2例复发。[结论]中药内服、手术配合西医治疗胆源性胰腺炎并发症少,疗程短以及复发率低,其具有非常好的临床实用价值,值得临床推广。

[Objective] To observe the operation of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine,treatment of biliary pancreatitis.[Methods] In 2010 June to 2011 June was admitted to the hospital for treatment of 40 patients with biliary pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of method of treatment,and later underwent cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration treatment of biliary etiology.[Results] The treatment group treated with 3D,7d were better than the control group(P < 0.05),the average length of stay in treatment group than those in control group(P < 0.05),the treatment group had no complications,postoperative no recurrence of the phenomenon,while the control group with 2 cases of recurrence.[ Conclusion ]Operation of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine treatment of biliary pancreatitis complication,short course of treatment and the recurrence rate is low,it has very good clinical practical value,is worth the clinical promoted.
