补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死随机对照临床研究

Treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction for Diabetic Cerbral Infarction Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[目的]探讨补阳还五汤加味结合西医综合疗法治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的效果。[方法]将285例糖尿病合并脑梗死的患者随机分组,对照组应用西医综合治疗,治疗组在西医综合治疗的基础上,加用补阳还五汤加味口服或鼻饲,疗程6周。[结果]治疗组治愈显效率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤加味结合西医综合疗法治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死,疗效显著,有临床推广价值。

[Objective] To study the protective action of combining Buyang Huanwu decoction and Western medicine for diabetic cerbral infarction.[Methods] 285 cases of diabetic cerebral infarction were randomized into the treatment group and control group.The control group received the conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment group received modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction inaddition to the conventional treatment.The course of treatment was 6weeks for both grops.[Results] After treatment,the total effective rate,cure rate of both groups were stat is tically different(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The Combining Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Western medicine has obvious effects on the patients of diabetic cerebral infarction,deserve the clinical expansion.
