疏血通注射液联合西药治疗急性脑梗死对照观察

Effect of Shuxuetong Injection Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Comparative Observation

[目的]观察疏血通注射液联合西药治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。[方法]将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组18例在常规治疗基础上使用20mL的红花注射液进行静脉滴注,治疗组22例在常规治疗基础上加6mL的疏血通注射液进行静脉滴注。[结果]治疗组血液流变治疗前后观察优于对照组。[结论]疏血通注射液联合西药治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。

[Objective] To observe sparse blood through injection combined with Western medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction.[Method] Control group on the basis of conventional therapy using 20 mL of safflower injection for intravenous infusion treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus 6mL of Shuxuetong the injection of intravenous infusion.[Results] Treatment group hemorrheological treatment than the control group before and after the observation.[Conclusion] Sparse blood through injection combined with Western medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction significantly.
