八珍汤配合西医治疗老年髋关节周围手术围手术期对照研究

Decoction with Western Medicine in Treatment of Senilehip Peripheral Operationin Perioperative Period Control Study

[目的]评价髋关节周围手术围手术期应用八珍汤疗效。[方法]样本选择择期髋关节周围手术病患共175例,分治疗组90例,对照组85例。对照组采用常规疗法治疗;治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上,术前3日及术后恢复饮食后开始服用使用八珍汤(药用当归、川芎、熟地、白芍、人参、茯苓、白术、炙甘草),每剂加生姜5片,大枣1枚,水500mL煎至150mL汤液,150mL/次。监测术后24h、48h、72h、6d、12d血红蛋白定量,D-Dimmer定量。[结果]术后治疗组血红蛋白定量明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组D-Dimmer定量与对照组比较无明显区别(P>0.05)。[结论]老年髋关节周围手术围手术期应用八珍汤有积极临床意义。

[Objective] To evaluate around the hip joint operation in perioperative period of Bazhen Decoction in treating.[Methods] Sample selection in elective hip peripheral operation patients a total of 175 cases,the treatment group of 90 cases,85 cases of control group.The control group was treated with routine therapy;treatment group in the control group on the basis of the treatment,preoperative and postoperative recovery after 3 days after the diet began taking use of Bazhen Decoction(medicinal angelica,chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,ginseng,tuckahoe,white atractylodes rhizome,licorice,),each agent with 5 pieces of ginger,jujube 1 pieces,water 500mL fry until 150mL soup liquid,150mL/.Postoperative monitoring of 24h,48h,72h,6D,12D quantitative hemoglobin,D-Dimmer quantitative.[Results] postoperative hemoglobin quantitative treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);the treatment group D-Dimmer quantitative compared with the control group had no significant difference(P > 0.05)[Conclusion]Older around the hip joint operation in perioperative period of Bazhen decoction treatment of active clinical significance.
