中药外治、内服配合闭合复位内固定手术治疗股骨转子间骨折对照研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment,Oral Administration Combined with Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation Operation for Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures of Femur Case-control Study

[目的]观察中药外治、内服配合闭合复位内固定手术治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效。[方法]选择2006年1月至2012年9月我院进行治疗的股骨转子间骨折患者74例作为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组37例。对照组采用闭合复位内固定手术治疗,治疗组在手术治疗的基础上加用中医药外治、内服。观测手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症、骨折愈合时间。计算髋关节评分。[结果]治疗组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、临床愈合时间小于对照组,临床治疗效果优于对照组。髋关节评分治疗组优良率优于对照组。[结论]中药外治、内服配合闭合复位内固定手术治疗股骨转子间骨折临床效果良好,值得临床应用和推广。

[Objective] To observe the external therapy of Chinese medicine,oral administration combined with closed reduction and internal fixation operation for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.[Methods] From 2006 January to 2012 September in our hospital for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in 74 cases as the object of study,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated by closed reduction and internal fixation operation,operation in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,oral.Observation of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative complications,time of fracture healing.Calculation of the hip score.[Results] in group therapy for patients with operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,healing time was less than that of the control group,the clinical curative effect is better than that of the control group.Hip score effective rate of the treated group was better than the control group.[Conclusion] external therapy of Chinese medicine,oral administration combined with closed reduction and internal fixation for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with operation clinical effect is good,worthy of clinical application and popularization.
