分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗治疗高位肛周脓肿对照研究

Segmented Thread-drawing Therapy Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Washing Treatment of High Perianal Abscess in Case-control Study

[目的]观察分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床疗效。[方法]将2009年1月至2011年3月期间在我院就诊的48例高位肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,将其分为两组:治疗组24例行分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗;对照组24例行单纯的切开引流术。比较两组患者创面愈合时间以及随访12个月的复发、肛瘘、肛门漏气漏液。[结果]治疗组患者创面愈合时间远远短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者复发1例,肛瘘1例,肛门漏气漏液1例;而对照组患者复发4例,肛瘘3例,肛门漏气漏液5例。统计结果显示:治疗组患者治疗远期效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗治疗高位肛周脓肿疗效确切、患者痛苦小,是治疗高位肛周脓肿的首选方法。

[Objective] To observe the segmented thread-drawing therapy combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing treatment of high perianal abscess clinical curative effect.[Methods] In 2009 January to 2011 March in our hospital 48 cases of high perianal abscess patients as research object,divide it into two groups: the treatment group 24 cases piecewise line therapy combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing;the control group of 24 cases with simple incision and drainage.Comparing the two groups of patients with wound healing time and followed up for 12 months to relapse,anal fistula,anal leakage of gas and liquid.[Results] The treatment group patients with wound healing time is much shorter than that of control group(P < 0.05);the treatment group patients recurred in 1 cases,1 cases of anal fistula,anal leakage of gas and liquid in 1 cases;while the control group patients recurred in 4 cases,3 cases of anal fistula,anal leakage of gas and liquid in 5 cases,the statistical results showed,the patients in the treatment group treatment of long term effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Segmented thread-drawing therapy combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing treatment of high perianal abscess curative effect,little pain of patients,treatment is the preferred method of high perianal abscess.
