《中医经验处方集》之食养食疗真诀

摘要 《中医经验处方集》仅有世存珍本,记载了近代名中医沈仲圭运用食养食疗的多种方法。其中有的流传至今常用不衰,有的却鲜为人知。他倡导不以药物为救命灵丹,自行制作食丸、米粥、蒸糕扶助正气。采用食物外治、多种药引、配合其他养生措施疗病去疾。 The collection of Traditional Chinese Medicine Empirical Formulas,rare work in existence,written by Shen Zhonggui a famous Traditional Chinese Medicine physician in modern times.In this collection,many health preserving with food and dietetic therapy methods adopted by the writer were recoded,some of the Empirical Formulas are used up to now,but the others rarely known.The writer proposed that the medicines could note be regarded as miraculous cure,but he suggested to prepare by himself some round mass of food,gruel and steamed cake for tonifying healthy qi.He cured the sickness to save the patient with the method of external application food,multiple medicinal ushers and other health maintenance measures.
