针灸辅助卡马西平、多虑平治疗三叉神经痛对照研究

Acupuncture Assisted C Masi Bing,Doxepin in the Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia Comparative Study

[目的]观察针灸辅助卡马西平、多虑平治疗三叉神经痛疗效。[方法]将60例三叉神经痛患者,按照数字随机表法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组常规服用卡马西平联合多虑平治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用针灸辅助治疗,10次为1疗程,2个疗程间隔5d,共治疗3个疗程。治疗3个疗程随访6个月进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.30%,对照组总有效率80.00%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸辅助卡马西平、多虑平治疗三叉神经痛疗效显著,优于单纯用药。

[Objective] To observe acupuncture assisted C Masi Bing,doxepin in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.[Methods] 60 cases of patients with trigeminal neuralgia,in accordance with the random number table method,divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine dose of C Masi Bing combined with doxepin in treatment;patients in the control group were treated by Acupuncture and Moxibustion plus adjuvant therapy,10 for 1 courses,2 courses of 5D interval,a total of 3 courses of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment were followed up for 6 months to therapeutic efficacy.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 93.30%,control group in the total efficiency of 80%,the total effective rate of treatment group is better than control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Acupuncture assisted C Masi Bing,doxepin in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with remarkable curative effect,is superior to the pure medicine.
