脊柱脊髓损伤临床护理体会

In Spinal Cord Injury patients with Clinical Nursing Experience

[目的]为了减少脊柱脊髓损伤患者并发症的发生,使患者更快的恢复健康,总结正确有效的临床护理方法。[方法]对2009年2月至2012年4月我院骨科收治的64例脊柱脊髓损伤患者,根据实际情况进行正确有效的一般基础护理、相关并发症护理、心理护理和康复护理。[结果]64例脊柱脊髓损伤患者,均未出现脊柱脊髓损伤加重、肺炎、尿路感染及应激性溃疡等严重并发症的发生,除2例脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者恢复情况不太理想,其余均恢复良好,按时出院。[结论]正确有效的临床护理、心理护理和专业的康复护理可有效避免因方法不当造成脊髓损伤加重的情况。

[Objective] In order to reduce the complications of spinal cord injury patients,so that patients receive better and faster recovery,summed up the correct and effective nursing methods.[Methods] In 2009 February to 2012 April in our hospital department of orthopedics treated 64 cases of spinal cord injury patients,according to the actual situation of correct and effective general basic nursing,complications related to nursing,psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing.[Results] The 64 cases of spinal cord injury patients,there are no spine and spinal cord injury,pneumonia,urinary tract infection and peptic ulcer and other serious complications,except for 2 cases of spinal cord injury complicated with paraplegia patients recovery situation is not ideal,the rest were good recovery,time of discharge.[Conclusion] Correct and effective clinical nursing,psychological nursing and professional rehabilitation nursing can effectively avoid the improper method of causing spinal cord injury aggravated the situation.
