膈下逐瘀汤联合西药治疗胃癌术后凝血功能对照研究

Inferior Phrenic Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Postoperative Patients with Gastric Cancer Case-control Study on Coagulation Function

[目的]观察膈下逐瘀汤对于胃癌术后患者凝血功能中D二聚体(D-Dimer)及纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fg)的影响。[方法]61例患者分为两组,治疗组(膈下逐瘀汤+化疗)31例,对照组(化疗)30例,观察两组治疗前后D-Dimer、Fg的变化。[结果]治疗前两组血浆D-Dimer、Fg含量比较无明显差异;治疗3月时治疗组较对照组略降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6月时治疗组较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]膈下逐瘀汤能较好的改善胃癌术后患者的凝血功能、减少血栓事件的发生,延长生存期,具有较好的安全性。

[Objective]To observe the Gexia Zhuyu Decoction on blood coagulation function in postoperative patients with gastric cancer D two dimer(D-Dimer)and fibrinogen(fibrinogen,Fg)effect.[Methods]61 patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group(Gexia Zhuyu Decoction and chemotherapy)in 31 cases,control group(chemotherapy)in 30 cases,two groups were observed before and after treatment,the changes of D-Dimer Fg.[Results]In two groups before treatment,plasma D-Dimer content of Fg showed no significant difference;treatment of March slightly lower in treatment group than in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);treatment of June in treatment group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Gexia Zhuyu Decoction can improve the blood coagulation function in postoperative patients with gastric cancer,reduce thrombotic events,prolonging the period of survival,with good security.
