中药调脂合剂联合辛伐他汀治疗高血脂症随机对照临床研究

Clinical Study of Chinese Traditional Medicine Combined with Simvastatin for the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia

[目的]观察中药调脂合剂联合辛伐他汀治疗高血脂症的临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析我院收治的140例高血脂症患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组70例和对照组70例。对照组服用辛伐他汀胶囊,1次/d,20mg/次,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用中药调脂合剂(药用大黄、姜黄、水蛭、黄精、陈皮,等),60d为1疗程。治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]两组各项指标均有显著改善(P<0.05);同时治疗组TG、TC等指标的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率97.14%,对照组总有效率71.43%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药调脂合剂联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症,效果显著,优于单纯西医治疗。

[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of lipid-lowering agents combined with simvastatin in the treatment of the hyperlipidemia.[Methods]The clinical data of 140 patients with hyperlipidemia were retrospectively analyzed,including treatment group of 70 cases and the control group of 70 cases[.Results]The indicators of two groups have been significantly improved(P<0.05);the improvement of TG,TC in treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);in treatment group,the total effective rate was 97.14% higher than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Chinese traditional medicine lipid mixture combined with simvastatin for the treatment of hyperlipidemia is significantly better than Western medicine treatment alone.
