TCM Thread-drawing Therapy in the Treatment of Anal Fistula in the Application

[目的]探讨中医挂线疗法在肛瘘治疗中的应用。[方法]本研究通过文献综述,对挂线疗法的历史、作用机制和分类、改进和发展及评价方面进行整理和分析总结其在治疗高位肛瘘中的应用。[结果]应用挂线疗法治疗高位肛瘘,根据肛门直肠部解剖生理学特点,较好解决高位肛瘘完全切开所致肛门失禁的问题。[结论]挂线疗法对肛门括约肌的功能影响较小,显著减少了肛管及其周围组织的缺损,避免造成严重的肛门畸形,且复发率低。

[Objective]Investigate TCM thread-drawing therapy in the treatment of anal fistula in the application of.[Methods]The present study through the literature review,the seton therapy history,action mechanism and classification,improvement and development and evaluation were sorted and analyzed to summarize the application in the treatment of high anal fistula.[Results]And thread-drawing therapy of high anal fistula,anorectal department according to the anatomical and physiological features,better solve high anal fistula anal incontinence problems caused by complete incision.[Conclusion]Thread-drawing therapy of anal sphincter function was less affected,significantly reducing the anal canal and its surrounding tissue defect,thereby avoiding severe anal malformation,and the recurrence rate is low.
