清气凉营法治疗小儿流感发热随机对照临床研究

Qingqiliangying Method in the Treatment of Pediatric Influenza Fever Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[目的]探讨清气凉营法治疗小儿流感发热临床效果。[方法]选取流感发热患儿80例,将其随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例患儿给予清气凉营治疗方法,对照组40例患儿给予常规的西药治疗方法,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。[结果]治疗组总有效率97.50%,对照组总有效率65.00%,治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对于小儿流感发热,清气凉营的治疗方法,效果显著,安全可靠。

[Objective]Investigate qingqiliangying method in the treatment of pediatric influenza fever clinical effect.[Methods]Select flu fever in 80 cases,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group 40 patients given the Qingqiliangying treatment method,a control group of 40 cases treated with routine western medicine treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.[Results]The observation group 40 cases total efficiency is 97.5%,control group 40 cases total efficiency is 65%,the total efficiency of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).[Conclusion]For pediatric influenza fever,Qingqiliangying treatment,significant effect,safe and reliable.
