电针联合推拿治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤对照观察

Acupuncture Combined with Massage Therapy for Treatment of Brachial Plexus Enjury Control Observation

[目的]观察电针推拿联合治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤疗效。[方法]将48例小儿臂丛神经损伤患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组24例。对照组采用普通毫针针刺治疗,治疗组采用电针推拿联合治疗。治疗3个疗程,根据患儿肢体功能恢复的情况判定疗效。[结果]对照组总有效率66.70%,治疗组有效率为91.70%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]电针推拿联合治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤能提高治疗的有效率,疗效显著。

[Objective]To observe the effect of massage combined with treatment of infantile brachial plexus injury effect.[Methods]48 cases of pediatric patients with brachial plexus injury were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,24 cases in each group.The control group adopted the common acupuncture treatment,treatment group with combined treatment of acupuncture manipulation.After 3 courses of treatment,in accordance with the restoration of limb function to judge the curative effect.[Results]The total effective rate in control group 66.70%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.70%,the total effective rate of treatment group was superior to control group.[Conclusion]Acupuncture and massage combined with treatment of infantile brachial plexus injury can improve treatment efficiency,obvious curative effect.
