老年癌症患者睡眠障碍原因及护理干预对策

Elderly Cancer Patients with Sleep Disorders and Nursing Countermeasures

[目的]探讨老年癌症患者睡眠障碍原因及护理干预效果。[方法]选择我科2011年2月至2012年8月收治的老年癌症患者50例,分为观察组25例和对照组25例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组根据睡眠障碍原因,采用中医情志护理、饮食护理、环境护理等综合护理干预。[结果]观察组睡眠质量显著优于对照组,护理满意度显著优于对照组。[结论]根据老年癌症患者睡眠障碍原因,有针对性的进行综合护理干预,可显著提高患者睡眠质量,改善生存状态,具有非常重要的临床价值。

[Objective]Investigate elderly cancer patients with sleep disorders cause and effect of the nursing intervention.[Methods]From February to 2012 in our department in 2011 August treated 50 cases of elderly cancer patients,divided into the observation group 25 cases and control group 25 cases,the control group with routine nursing,observation group according to the sleep disorders,using TCM mental nursing,diet nursing,nursing environment comprehensive nursing intervention.[Results]The sleep quality of observation group was better than the control group,significantly higher than that of the control group of patients' satisfaction to nursing care.[Conclusion]According to older cancer patients with sleep disorders,targeted for comprehensive nursing intervention,can significantly improve the quality of sleep in patients with,improve living conditions,it has a very important clinical value.
