摘要
[目的]探讨中医护理培训方案对护理工作的作用。[方法]选取厦门某三级甲等中医院急诊科38名护士进行对照探究,分析记录其培训后的临床护理工作效果。[结果]经过中医护理培训的实验组各项评价指标均优于对照组,临床效果显著。[结论]采取中医护理培训方案,可以提高中医院护士的护理能力,提高其护理效果,值得临床推广。
[Objective]Effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing training program on nursing work.[Methods]Select a Xiamen three Jiadeng Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in emergency department of 38 nurses were contrast research,analysis of its training after recording clinical nursing effect.[Results]After nursing training evaluation indexes of experimental group were better than the control group,clinical effect.[Conclusion]Taking Chinese medicine nursing training program,can improve the nurses of TCM hospital nursing ability,improve the nursing effect,worthy of clinical application.
