芙蓉膏外敷对腹膜透析置管术后隧道出口的护理干预

Furong Ointment on Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter Postoperative Tunnel Exit the Effects of Nursing Intervention

[目的]观察应用芙蓉膏外敷对腹膜透析置管术后隧道出口的护理干预效果。[方法]选择腹膜透析置管术后围手术期患者48例,随机分为对照组24例,观察组24例。对照组应用生理盐水清洗隧道口及周围,观察组在对照组护理方法基础上加用芙蓉膏外敷。[结果]通过ESS评分,观察组评分值明显低于对照组。[结论]芙蓉膏外敷对腹膜透析置管术后隧道出口的护理效果良好,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the application of Furong ointment on peritoneal dialysis catheter postoperative tunnel outlet of the effect of nursing intervention.[Methods]Peritoneal dialysis catheter after operation period in 48 patients,24 cases were randomly divided into control group,24 cases in observation group.The control group with normal saline cleaning tunnel around the mouth and in the observation group,control group patients nursing methods based on the use of perioral skin condition.[Results]The ESS score,the observation group score was significantly lower than the control group.[Conclusion]Furong ointment on peritoneal dialysis catheter postoperative tunnel exit nursing effect of good,worthy of promotion.
