滋阴平肝降压汤治疗寒冷地区原发性高血压随机平行对照研究

Ziyin Pinggan Jiangya Tang in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension in Alpine Region

[目的]观察滋阴平肝降压汤治疗寒冷地区原发性高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将400例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组200例硝苯地平片(天津太平洋制药有限公司,5mg/粒,国药准字H12020305)10mg,3次/d。治疗组200例滋阴平肝降压汤治疗(熟地30g,山萸肉,山药,茯苓,丹皮,泽泻,牛膝,杜仲,石决明先煎,锻龙骨先煎,锻牡蛎先煎各10g,炙甘草3g),水煎分早晚2次服,1剂/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测原发性高血压疗效、不良反应。连续治疗2个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组200例,显效83例,有效99例,无效18例,总有效率91.00%;对照组200例,显效104例,有效71例,无效25例,总有效率87.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]滋阴平肝降压汤治疗原发性高血压的效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Ziyin Pinggan Jiangya Tang curative effect on primary hypertension.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,400 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.In the control group,200 cases of nifedipine tablet(tianjin Pacific pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,5mg / grain,H12020305) approved by the 10mg,3 / d.Treatment group,200 cases of Yin ping liver antihypertension decoction(Shuidi 30g,Shanyurou,Shanyao,Fuling,Danpi,Zexie,Niuteng,Duzhong,Shijueming(first),Duanlonggu(first),Duanmuli(first) each 10g,Zhigancao 3g),water frying points 2 times in the morning and evening,1 / day.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment 2 weeks to 1 course of treatment.Observation curative effect,adverse reactions with essential hypertension(eh).2 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 200 cases,83 cases had marked effect,99 cases effective,18 cases,total effective rate 91.00%;Control group 200 cases,104 cases had marked effect,71 cases effective,ineffective 25 cases,total effective rate was 87.50%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Ziyin Pinggan Jiangya Tang for the treatment of primary hypertension significantly,is worth promoting.
