平胃萎康方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Trial of Flat Weiweikang Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

[目的]观察平胃萎康方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例门诊患者按随机数字表随机分为两组,对照组37例摩罗丹浓缩丸,9g/次,3次/d;维生素E胶囊,2颗/次,1次/d;维生素C片,2片/次,2次/d。治疗组37例平胃萎康方(黄芪20g,白术、丹参、黄连、白芍各12g,党参15g,沙参、香附各12g,鸡内金15g,山楂、百合、茯苓各12g,白豆蔻10g),气短乏力,面色萎黄加陈皮、半夏各12g,麦芽10g;嗳气烦躁加柴胡12g,佛手9g;大便黏腻、口臭加薏苡仁12g,茵陈9g,滑石12g。1剂/d,2次煎服。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈22例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率88.89%,对照组治愈13例,有效10例,无效13例,总有效率63.89%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]平胃萎康方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果满意,可促进胃黏膜修复,值得临床推广。
