自拟血尿方治疗阴虚型无症状性血尿随机平行对照研究

Zini Xueniao Method Treatment of yin Deficiency Type Asymptomatic Hematuria Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察自拟血尿方治疗阴虚型无症状性血尿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将37例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组17例口服肾复康治疗。治疗组20例自拟血尿方(知母12g,黄柏9g,地黄12g,山茱萸、山药各10g,牡丹皮、茯苓各9g,白茅根30g,小蓟20g,女贞子、旱莲草各15g,丹参8g),水煎内服,成人1剂/d,分两次服用,小儿量减半。连续治疗20d为1疗程,观测临床症状、尿常规、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。随访35例6～12月。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效6例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率85.00%;对照组痊愈6例,显效3例,有效3例,无效5例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟血尿方治疗阴虚型无症状性血尿疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective] observe Zini Xueniao Method Treatment of asymptomatic hematuria hematuria effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,37 cases of inpatient and outpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,17 cases of oral Shenfukang treatment.Treatment group 20 cases Zini Xueniao Method(Zhimu 12g,Huangbai 9g,Dihuang 12g,Shanzhuyu 10g,Shanyao 10g,Mudanpi 9g,Fuling 9g,Baimaogen 30g,Xiaoji 20g,Nvzhenzi 15g,Hanliancao 15g,Danshen 8g),decoction taken orally,adult 1 does / d,taken twice,pediatric halved.20d is a continuous course of treatment,observation of clinical symptoms,changes in red blood cells in urine,pathology and efficacy,adverse reactions.Four cycles of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.35 patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.[Results]The cure eight cases,effective in 6 cases,effective in 3 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 85.00%;control group,6 cases were cured,effective in 3 cases,effective in 3 cases,5 cases,the total efficiency of 70.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Zini Xueniao Method Treatment of yin deficiency type asymptomatic hematuria hematuria significant effect,worthy of promotion.
