自拟行气活血解粘汤治疗术后肠粘连性腹痛56例临床观察

Self Xingqi Huoxue Method Treatment of 56 Cases of Postoperative Adhesions Abdominal Pain

[目的]观察自拟行气活血解粘汤治疗肠粘连性腹痛疗效。[方法]对56例住院及门诊患者自拟行气活血解粘汤(三七、延胡索、赤芍、桃仁、厚朴、柴胡各15g,生大黄后下15g,炒莱菔子、枳实各30g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,3次/d。治疗过程中需合理调节饮食,避免饮食不节、情绪波动、寒冷刺激、暴急奔走或剧烈的体位转动等。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、腹胀、腹痛、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈36例,显效10例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率94.64%。[结论]自拟行气活血解粘汤治疗术后肠粘连性腹痛疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective] Observation Self Xingqi Huoxue Method Treatment Adhesion effect of abdominal pain.[Methods]56 cases of inpatient and outpatient using self qi and blood viscosity solution Decoction,Sanqi,Yanhusuo,Chishao,Taoren,Houpu,Caihu each 15g,Shengdahuangpost below15g,Chao Laifuzi,Zhishi each 30g.Decoction taken orally,1 dose / day,Decoction 300mL,3 times / day.In the course of treatment requires reasonable to adjust their diets to avoid improper diet,mood swings,cold stimulation,violence emergency running or severe postural rotation.Continuous treatment for 2 weeks as a course of treatment,Observation of clinical symptoms,bloating,abdominal pain,adverse reactions.Continuous one course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]Cured 36 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 94.64%.[Conclusion]Since intends qi and blood circulation solution sticky soup with good clinical results in the treatment of postoperative adhesions abdominal pain,worthy of clinical use.
