辨证分型联合西药治疗高脂血症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗高脂血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组60例血脂康胶囊,0.5g/次,2次/d。治疗组60例分型治疗,湿热内蕴(茵陈蒿20g,大黄3g,栀子10g,虎杖、荷叶各12g,山楂、泽泻各15g,藿香12g,甘草6g);痰浊阻滞(陈皮10g,法半夏12g,胆南星10g,枳实12g,石菖蒲10g,党参20g,白术12g,茯苓15g,炙甘草6g);脾气虚弱(党参20g,茯苓15g,白术、山药各12g,炙甘草6g,薏苡仁30g,桔梗12g,砂仁8g,泽泻15g,猪苓12g);气滞血瘀(桃仁12g,红花、当归各10g,生地15g,赤芍12g,川芎10g,牛膝12g,桔梗、柴胡、枳壳各10g,甘草6g);肾精亏虚(熟地、山药各15g,山萸肉12g,枸杞子、龟甲胶各10g,菟丝子15g,杜仲、何首乌、女贞子各12g);脾肾阳虚(党参15g,茯苓12g,熟地15g,山萸肉12g,杜仲15g,牛膝12g,菟丝子20g,肉桂10g,制首乌15g,紫河车12g,枸杞子20g,甘草6g),水煎服,1剂/d,早晚服用。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗8周为1个疗程。观测临床症状、血脂指标、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效35例,有效21例,无效4例,总有效率93.30%。对照组显效26例,有效19例,无效15例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组有效率及显效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。血脂指标均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗高脂血症效果理想,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the differentiation and treatment of hyperlipidemia.[Methods] Using random parallel control method,120 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method.Control group 60 cases: capsules,0.5 g / times,2 times / day.Treatment group of 60 cases of parting,hot and humid embodiment(Yinchenhao 20g,Dahuang 3g,Zhizi 10g,Hu,Heye each 12g,Shanzha,Zexie each 15g,Huoxiang 12g,Gancao 6g);Phlegm turbidity block method(Chenpi 10g,Fabanxia 12g,Dannanxing 10g,Zhishi 12g,Shichangpu 10g,Dangshen 20g,Baishu 12g,Fuling 15g,Zhigancao 6g);Temper weak(Dangshen 20g,Fuling 15g,Baishu,Shanyao each 12g,Ganzhicao 6g,Yiyiren 30g,Jugeng 12g,Sharen 8g,Zexie 15g,Zhuling 12g);Qi stagnation and blood stasis(Taoren 12g,Honghua,Danggui each 10g,Shengdi 15g,Chishao 12g,Chuanqiong 10g,Niuxi 12g,Jugeng,Chaihu,Zhike each 10g,Gancao 6g);Kidney essence deficiency,prepared Shuidi,Shaoyao each 15g,Shanyurou 12g,Gouqizi,Guijiajiao each 10g,Tusizi 15g,Duzhong,Heshouwu,Nvzhenzi each 12g;Spleen kidney Yang deficiency(Dangshen 15g,Fuling 12g,Shuidi 15g,Shanyurou 12g,Duzhong 15g,Niuxi 12g,Tusizi 20g,rougui 10g,Zhishouwu 15g,Ziheche 12g,Gouqizi 20g,Gancao 6g),water decoction,1 / day,sooner or later.Western medicine treatment with the control group.For treatment of 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood lipid index,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]Treatment group of 35 cases were markedly effective,effective 21 cases,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate 93.30%.19 cases in the control group 26 cases were markedly effective,effective,invalid and 15 cases,total effective rate was 75.00%.Treatment group effectiveness and significant efficiency were superior to control group(P < 0.05).Blood lipid index were improved(P < 0.05),treatment group was superior to control group(P < 0.05).Syndrome differentiation type joint.[Conclusion]Western medicine treatment of hyperlipidemia effect is ideal,is worth promoting.
