远道刺结合穴位贴敷联合西药治疗贝尔面瘫随机平行对照研究

Thorn afar Western Medicine Combined with Acupoint Combined Bell's Palsy Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察远道刺结合穴位贴敷联合西药治疗贝尔面瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组50例地巴唑10mg,口服,3次/d;维生素B1 2500μg、维生素B1 100mg,肌肉注射,1次/d。观察组50例①远道刺外关、合谷、足三里、足临泣等手足穴位,1次/d,每周6次。②穴位贴敷,每穴1贴,1次/d,贴敷时间8h。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不同疗程痊愈例数、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈45例,显效1例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率90.00%;对照组痊愈27例,显效10例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率54.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不同疗程痊愈例数比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]远道刺结合穴位贴敷联合西药治疗贝尔面瘫疗效显著,缩短疗程,值得推广应用。

[Objective]observe afar thorn combined western medicine combined with acupoint Bell Palsy.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,100 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly.Control group,50 cases of methimazole 10mg,orally,3 times / day;vitamin B1 2500μg,vitamin B1 100mg,intramuscular injection,1 times / day.Observation group,50 cases ① afar stab Waiguan,Hegu,Zusanli,Zulinqi and other hand,foot point,1 times / day,6 times a week.② acupoint per hole 1,1 times / day,sticking time of 8 hours.Western medicine with the control group.Continuous treatment two weeks for a course.Observation of clinical symptoms,the number of cases of different treatment cure,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 45 cases,effective in one case,effective in 3 cases,1 case,the total efficiency 90.00%;control group cured 27 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 54.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with different treatment cured the number of cases the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]afar thorn combined western medicine combined with acupoint Bell Palsy significantly shorten the course of treatment,should be widely applied.
