加味芍药甘草汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机平行对照研究

Jiawei shaoyao gancao tang Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Randomized Controlled

[目的]观察加味芍药甘草汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例甲钴胺胶囊0.5mg,tid,口服。治疗组30例加味芍药甘草汤(白芍60g,甘草15g,当归15g,鸡血藤30g,桑枝30g,地龙10g,香附10g,川牛膝15g),浓煎,250mL/瓶,分2次服,125mL/次;西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗12周为1个疗程。观测临床疗效、TCSS评分、神经传导速度、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效7例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率63.30%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。TCSS评分、神经传导速度(NCV)、安全性观察治疗组治疗后优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味芍药甘草汤能改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的TCSS评分和神经传导速度,安全有效,优于单纯西药治疗,值得推广。

[Objective]Observed Modified Shaoyaogancaotang soup combined with western medicine for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy efficacy.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,60 patients with inpatient and outpatient is divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group 30 cases of cobalt methyl amine capsule 0.5mg,dar,oral.Treatment group of 30 cases of flavored peony licorice soup,medicinal radix Baishao 60g,Gancao 15g,Danggui 15g,Jixueteng 30g,Sangzhi 30g,Dilong 10g,Xiangfu 10g,Chuanniuxi 15g,thick frying,250 ml / bottle,points 2 times,and 125 ml / second.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Both groups of continuous treatment of 12 weeks for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical efficacy,TCSS score,nerve conduction velocity,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]Treatment group,16 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 90.00%.Control group,7 cases were markedly effective in 12 cases,11 cases,the total efficiency of 63.30%.The treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).TCSS score,nerve conduction velocity(NCV),security observation and treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05) after treatment.[Conclusion]Modified Shaoyaogancaotang soup can improve the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy TCSS score and nerve conduction velocity,safe and effective,and better than western medicine alone is worthy use.
