血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗眼底出血随机平行对照研究

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Treatment of 56 Cases of Retinal Hemorrhage Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合西医治疗眼底出血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将108例住院及门诊眼底出血患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组52例西医治疗。治疗组56例血府逐瘀汤(桃仁12g,红花、当归、生地、牛膝各10g,赤芍、甘草、枳壳各6g,川芎5g,柴胡、桔梗各3g)。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测平均动脉压、生化指标。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]视力达到1.0治疗组51.79%优于患者对照组7.69%(P>0.05);痊愈率及有效率治疗组患者分别为51.79%和92.86%优于对照组分别为26.92%和76.92%(P>0.05)。视网膜中央静脉阻塞、视网膜静脉周围炎、高血压动脉硬化、急性视神经炎有效率两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同原发病引起眼底出血两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察过程两组均无不良反应。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合西药可用于治疗各种原因引起眼底出血,效果良好,无不良反应。

[Objective]Observation of Xuefuzhuyu decoction for treatment of retinal hemorrhage clinical effect.[Methods]Use random parallel control method,108 cases of inpatient and outpatient retinal hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.The control group of 52 cases,the cause of treatment as well as Western medicine.Treatment group,56 patients in the control group on the basis of given Xuefuzhuyu decoction treatment,medicinal peach kernel 12g,safflower,angelica,habitat,Achyranthes 10g,red peony,licorice,Citrus aurantium 6g,Chuanxiong 5g,Bupleurum,Campanulaceae each 3g.Continuous treatment 14 days for a course of treatment.Observations mean arterial pressure,biochemical indicators.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]51.79% of the patients treated with vision to reach 1.0,only 7.69% of the control group,the treatment group were significantly better than the control group;cure rate of treated patients and the efficiency of 51.79% and 92.86%,respectively,and the control group were 26.92% and 76.92%,respectively,in patients treated with therapeutic effect was significantly better than the control group.The above comparison between the two groups is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Treatment group,central retinal vein occlusion,retinal vein inflammation around,hypertension,arteriosclerosis,patients with acute optic neuritis efficiency were 93.75%,93.33%,92.31% and 91.67%,the difference is not obvious,was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).[Conclusion]Of Xuefuzhuyu decoction for the treatment of retinal hemorrhage caused by a variety of reasons can achieve good results,is a more effective treatment.
