抗敏止咳汤联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘随机平行对照研究

Anti-allergic Treatment of Infantile Cough Variant Asthma Cough Soup Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察抗敏止咳汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组60例酮替芬,1片/次,2次/d,早晚服;氨茶碱,3～5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组60例抗敏止咳汤(炙麻黄2～5g,杏仁2～6g,白僵蚕5～8g,地龙5～12g,五味子2～6g,蒸百部5～10g,北沙参5～10g以及炙甘草2～6g),水煎服,1次/d。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈37例,显效16例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率95%。对照组痊愈22例,显效15例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率81.6%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]抗敏止咳汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the anti-allergic cough decoction treatment of children with cough variant asthma effect.[Methods] Using random parallel control method,120 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method.Control group 60 cases ketone for Finn,1 piece / times,2 times / day,morning and evening.Aminophylline,3 ～ 5mg / time,3 times / d.Treatment group 60 cases against allergy cough soup(Zhimahuang 2 ～ 5g,Xingren 2 ～ 6g,Baijiangcan 5 ～ 8g,Dilong 5 ～ 12g,Wuweizi 2 ～ 6g,Zhengbaibu 5 ～ 10g,Beishashen 5 ～ 10g and Zhigancao 2 ～ 6g),main licorice decoction treatment,1 / day.5d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 1 course of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]In treatment group recovered 37 cases,16 cases had marked effect,4 cases were effective,3 had no effect,total effective rate was 95%.Control group recover 22 cases,15 cases were markedly effective,effective 15 cases,8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 81.6%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Anti-allergic cough soup.[Conclusion]Treatment of infantile cough variant asthma effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
